Computer assisted telephonic interviews (CATI)
In CATI where interviewers deliver questions over telephone and record response on a computer, where the order of the questions, the available answers and the logical relationship between the questions are pre-programmed. The key benefit of the phone based interviewing method is that fieldwork takes little time, as little as one day with small samples, and a flash report can be generated from the data as early as the day after the fieldwork activity. Our CATI, supports client with multi linguistic and scripting the surveys
